Application & Eligibility

Please ensure that you have consulted the housing prices chart on our About page. You must meet or exceed the minimum gross annual household income listed to be eligible for your desired unit. Should we contact you for an interview, you will be required to provide proof-of-income documentation.

Once you apply, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Our email account is monitored by volunteers and checked semi-regularly. Given the volume of emails we receive, we will not respond to questions asking about application status.

If you have applied for a unit in Cedar Mill, you must submit an application renewal form annually every February to stay on our waiting list. Applications that are not renewed will be discarded.

We currently do not have subsidies available.
