About Cedar Mill
Founded in the early 1980s, Cedar Mill Housing Co-operative has 53 units and roughly 140 residents. Our members come from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and generations—ranging from newborns to original members who have been here since the beginning.
With a well-maintained environment, shared green spaces, and a spirit of collaboration, Cedar Mill offers not just a place to live, but a place to belong.
Units & Rates
We have 53 townhouses and apartments with a variety of 1 to 4 bedrooms, with several units adjusted to the needs of physically disabled people. All units have a fridge and stove and one parking stall. Most units have in-suite laundry, a patio, and/or yard. There is a coin-operated laundry room and a community room available for members. All of our units are pet friendly.
