Our co-op is located in the community of Champlain Heights, in the center of the Lower Mainland. This friendly co-op is conveniently located off Champlain Crescent beside an elementary school, sports fields, community centre and Everett Crowley Park. Champlain Mall is also a 5 minute drive or a pleasant walk away.

We have 53 townhouses and apartments with a variety of 1 to 4 bedrooms, with several units adjusted to the needs of physically disabled people.

All units have wall to wall carpeting, fridge and stove and most units have laundry hook-ups and a patio, balcony or yard.

There is also a coin operated laundry room and a community room available for members.
