We currently have no units available. Cedar Mill is a small co-op with only 53 units and unit turn over is very low, on average a unit becomes available every two to four years.

Cedar Mill Co-Op does not have a waiting list, but maintains a pool of applicants. Applications are kept on file for 1 year. If you wish to remain in our pool of applicants after one year, please send a letter to the membership committee renewing your application and updating us with any changes since your original application. Please note that we only contact applicants when a unit has come available.

We are not currently accepting applications for 3 and 4 bedroom units. We are open to new applications for 1 and 2 bedroom units.

Please note that if you apply for a unit that is too small for your family size based on Canadian housing guidelines your application will not be kept on file and you will not be notified.
